100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare Finalists Names
In the second year of its annual survey, Modern Healthcare released its Best Places to Work in Healthcare results. 317 organizations submitted information but only the top 100 companies were selected. A ranking (in order from 1-100) of these facilities is expected to be published on October 26, 2009.
To be selected, employees are asked an in-depth set of questions that result in analysis on 8 core areas:
- Leadership and planning
- Culture and communications
- Role satisfaction
- Working environment
- Relationship with supervisor
- Training and development
- Pay and benefits
- Overall satisfaction
