TMP Attends LEHRN
TMP attended and exhibited at the Leading Edge Human Resources Network (LEHRN) 2011 Minnesota HR Tech Expo on Wednesday, February 23rd in Minneapolis. It was the region’s largest showcase of knowledge and products for HR and Human Capital Management. The Expo was entitled “Head In the Cloud…Feet On The Ground”. The Expo was attended by approximately 300 HR professionals in MN; professionals connecting with peers to hear what is new in HR Technology and assess what programs/platforms would bring increased value to their businesses.
Keynote and breakout session speakers discussed the trends that will transform HR in the future: In-sourcing and Outsourcing HR, Talent Management, linking talent management to business strategy, use of social media as a recruiting tool and candidate assessment were some of the topics discussed.
