TMP Retention Seminar held in Dallas

On September 14th, the Dallas office hosted a breakfast seminar focused on Retention at Le Meridien hotel. Keynote speaker, Greta Sherman, discussed how the improving job market will impact Retention with generational groups such as Baby Boomers, Gen X and Gen Y. Topics discussed included how organizations can effectively manage multiple generations in the workplace with different needs, what these different groups expect from their employers and how retention driven programs can keep their most valued employees engaged and excited about coming to work. TMP Digital Strategist, Lee de la Houssaye, also spoke at the event and provided valuable insight on how organizations can drive retention and impact employee satisfaction through the social networking space.
