TMP Worldwide Announces the Hire of Re Perez to Join the Employer Brand Management Practice

New York - April 10th, 2008 - TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, the largest independent recruitment advertising agency, today announced that Re Perez has joined the company as a Senior Brand Consultant in the Employer Brand Management Group. As a leader within the organization, Perez will work to elevate TMP's strategic methodology and employer brand offerings, while managing client engagements and providing thought leadership.

Perez brings 13 years of consulting experience in brand strategy, change management, employee communications and HR/recruitment to the agency. Prior to joining TMP, he worked as a Senior Consultant for Interbrand Corp., a brand consultancy, where he directed and created employer brands for Fortune 100 companies.

Throughout his career, Perez has played an integral role in the development of methodology and formalized processes to integrate research, strategy, creative and change management. He also held management and consulting positions at various staffing organizations and recruitment firms.
