Mr. Newell brings over 23 years of recruitment advertising experience to TMP’s leadership team and is a respected authority in the recruitment industry. In his current role, he is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the agency with a special focus on quality customer service, strategic client development and client/employee success. Over the last 14 years with TMP, Mr. Newell has held numerous management and client facing roles including SVP of New Business, SVP of Client Development, Regional Vice President of Los Angeles, New Business Director, Cient Strategist and Account Director. Mike earned Bachelors of Arts from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA.
