In her 30-year career, Ms. Jacobson has been recognized for her entrepreneurial, management, and interpersonal skills throughout the business community—most significantly in recruitment advertising. She was instrumental in the development and leadership of a national recruitment-focused advertising agency. As an industry leader, she is recognized for establishing standards in employer branding, employee marketing and communications, and strategic solutions. She applies classic marketing approaches, as well as her background in psychology, to promote brands across a broad range of industries.

Ms. Jacobson is also an active member of AHHRA (New York City), ASHHRA, SHRM, and HR/NY. She has served on the board of the Healthcare Chaplaincy and currently sits on the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund board, the Institute for Healthy Aging board, the Leinhard School of Nursing board at Pace University, and the N.Y. Chair for Sister-to-Sister Everyone Has a Heart Foundation.
